The second day of the Third World Congress of News Agencies continued this afternoon with presentations by Monique Villa, Reuters Thompson Foundation, and Tereza Kruvinet, director-president of the Brazilian Communication Company (EBC).
Villa will be referred to the "Training for the New Journalism" and the Brazilian Kruvinet spoke on "The Development and multimedia fluency in newsrooms."
Both issues attracted the interest of the various representatives of news agencies from five continents attending the second day of the Third World Congress of News Agencies in the Hotel Llao Llao Bariloche.
Afternoon panels are expected to discuss topics such as "customer view" where Jean Francois Fogel will speak (Consultant, french groupe Sud Ouest), Tetsushi Wakita (Representative of Japanese NHK TV in New York, Kyodo News Agency) Federico Fasano (Director of Diario La República and Multimedia Group Uruguay), Joseph Oliver Boyd-Barrett (Professor of Journalism at the University of Bowling Green, Ohio, USA).
Finally, in the last day forum will discuss "New products and new media services" and it will be coordinated by Giulio Pecora (Presidential Advisor, ANSA).
Panelists will Lola Alvarez (Director General, Agencia EFE - Audiovisual Services news for TV and Web) and Stefano Spaggiari (CEO, EXPERT SYSTEM - Software Technology News for Agents of the Third Millennium).
With this activity will conclude the second day of the Third Congress.
