The World Council of News Agencies that met in Madrid on January 21st 2010, decided that the III World Congress of News Agencies takes place in the Argentine city of Bariloche, under the motto: "News Agencies: Contents and Services Quality". Bariloche is to gather the presidents of the most important international news agencies and the highest representative of editorial and technological world to debate on the challenges and tasks in the immediate future of the media.
